What I love about stir fry is that you can use leftover veggies, also it’s quick and easy.
2 cloves garlic
2 medium carrots grated
1 cup bean sprouts
1 medium broccoli cut into small florets
8 bok choy stems cut in half
¼ cup water
2 tab soy sauce
Sriracha however much you can handle
Cut up all the veggies to your liking
In a frying pan add oil and turn the heat to medium.
First, cook the onion until they are soft. Then add the rest of the veggies and sauce. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Serve with chicken or tofu teriyaki.
