Keeps you full and happy!
Super quick and delicious!! There are only 3 ingredients and it only takes 10 minutes. I use an electric griddle but you can use a frying pan. If you don’t have time in the morning this is perfect for you. You can use any quick oats you want unless you like uncooked oats. Time 10 minutes. Calories 335 without syrup
1 banana smashed
1 oatmeal pack
Heat a griddle to 350( add coconut spray) or frying pan at medium-low heat and add a little vegetable oil for frying.
1 Mash up the banana
2 Add egg mix together until well blended
3 Mix in oats
It’s best to make small size pancakes it helps to cook them more evenly, also easier to flip.
