What makes you truly happy? How often during your day do you feel that you’re truly happy? I know we can’t be happy 24/7, but it would be nice to not feel stressed, angry, or sad for most of the day. I want to share with you ways you can work on feeling a little more carefree and, of course, happy.
So let’s start off with time, did you know that the number one reason people don’t work out is that of lack of time? The average person works 8 hours & sleeps 8 hours, so what about the time that is left in your day? Working on yourself is the most important, so if you are like me and bad at math you have 8 hours left in your day. Try and find 30 minutes of your day to do what makes you happy, whether it be doing yoga, going for a run, or meditation. Working out has so many health benefits for your mental well-being; like helping you sleep better; help reduce the feeling of depression; anxiety; relieves stress – just to name a few.
Back to the subject of time, you might feel as if we don’t have enough time in the day – in a blink of an eye the day is over and you feel as though you didn’t finish all of your tasks. The next time you feel this way, write down all the things you need to do that day, but take it a bit further and add times of when you need to finish. This can help you with your time management while also helping you determine how long a task will take you. For example, oddly enough, writing is the main thing I do each day, however, it takes me the longest to do. This is something I need to work on to better my time management and have more time to get other parts of my job done so that I don’t stress as much and have a better day. Analyzing your skills and abilities is a great way to better yourself, and it could lead to better opportunities within your career.
Sometimes we take what makes us happy for granted, we don’t spend enough time on the things that make us enjoy life, it could be people in your life, a pet, or hobbies which you love.

Anyways, focus on what makes you happy and try to find more time to incorporate that into your day. Another thing you can do is try the things you alway want to try. Always keep learning and exploring all the possibilities. Life is wonderful you should feel as though you are living not surviving. Analyze your life if you feel there is someone or something keeping you from living your best life. You may need to change the situation. Your happiness needs to come first you can’t make others happy if you aren’t happy.
